Had a great food optimising day today. Had egg on toast for my brekkie.
Having a red day today and didnt have any soup for my lunch so opened a tin of stewing steak and cooked some cauli, carrots, and swede and blitz the lot a lovely beef and veggie soup and all free.
Had a tuna and cucumber sandwich with it with 1tbls mayo 1syn and a nice lemon dessert syn free made with fromage frais lemon juice and sweetner
For me dinner had beef casserole with loads or veggies and a jacket spud followed by a home made trifle which run in at 6syns
Supper I had 3 rice cakes 4.50 syns and 3tsp of chocolate spread 3syns and an options drink 2.50syns so really good day and really full up
syns for the day were woops 17syns but all worth it and only had 8 yesterday so still on track
