Maintained again :-((

Maintained again not a happy bunny just cant seem to get past 12st 10lbs been that weight now for four weeks up down up down.

Have decided to not go up the gym this week just to see if that maybe is the problem as sometimes exercising can build muscle and not lose pounds and at the moment I want to lose lbs can tone up later.

Will have to see what next weeks weigh in brings. Have joined a couple of slimming world pages on Face Book so hopefully that might help
